Privacy Policy
For Limi Driver and its driver registration, onboarding, trip and wallet services.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
LIMI APEX MOBILITY CO., LTD. (“Limi”, “we”, “us”) operates Limi Driver. This policy explains the personal information accessed, collected, used and shared when you register or sign in, apply to become a driver, provide driver and vehicle information, use location-based services, receive and complete trips, communicate through the service, or manage earnings and cashouts.
This policy applies to the Limi Driver mobile app and related driver service pages. The Driver Service Agreement below addresses your use of the service; accepting that agreement does not replace separate permission or consent requirements.
2. Information we access and collect
- Account and authentication information: phone number, account and driver identifiers, sign-in information, language preferences and authentication/session tokens, to create and authenticate accounts and maintain access to the service.
- Driver and vehicle information: the name, profile photo, service city, vehicle details and identification or qualification documents you submit through onboarding forms, to review eligibility, verify the application and administer your driver profile. The fields requested depend on the application and service.
- Location and trip information: precise or approximate location, latitude and longitude, location timestamp, speed, heading, pickup and destination details, route and trip status, and associated driver and order identifiers. Section 3 explains this processing separately.
- Financial and transaction information: trip fares, earnings, balances, payment status, cash-collection confirmations, cashout requests and payout details you provide, to calculate, display and reconcile transactions. Payment providers may collect additional information in their own payment flows.
- Communications and submitted content: messages, support requests, uploaded photos or files, and call-related information needed for communications. Microphone access is used for voice calls when authorized. Any call recording, if offered, is subject to separate notice and consent where required.
- Device, network and diagnostic information: device type, operating system, app version, app/device identifiers, notification information, IP/network information, crash reports, performance measurements and app interactions, to deliver notifications, diagnose failures, maintain security and improve reliability.
Information may be supplied by you, generated during app use, or supplied by passengers, payment providers and authorized operational partners in connection with your trips, application or transactions. We do not treat access to a device permission as authorization for unrelated use of its data.
3. Location and background location
What is collected and where it goes
Location reports can include latitude, longitude, speed, direction and the time of the location fix, linked to your driver ID and, where applicable, an order ID. Reports are sent to Limi’s backend services through the app’s network/location-reporting mechanisms; collection is not limited to drawing a dot on your device’s map. Location may also be used by map and navigation services to provide their functionality.
When and why it is used
- Registration and onboarding: obtain a current location to help determine the service city and available registration options. Location accuracy depends on device settings, signal and the location provider.
- Driver operation: support driver availability, nearby trip assignment and coordination with pickup locations.
- Trips: plan and update navigation, check proximity for arrival actions, communicate trip progress and support operational handling of trip issues.
- Background operation: continue relevant driver and trip location functions when the app is not on screen. Android may show an ongoing service notification. Background access is separate from foreground access and depends on device permission settings.
Location can be associated with trip records and made available to the relevant passenger or authorized operational personnel where needed to coordinate the trip. Map/navigation and infrastructure providers may process location as necessary to deliver these services; see Section 4.
Your control
You can manage precise/approximate location and foreground/background access through your device’s app-permission settings, or disable device location services. Without suitable location access, city matching, dispatch, navigation and arrival checks may be limited or unavailable. Revoking permission stops future access governed by that permission; it does not automatically erase previously collected records.
Where required, we provide a prominent in-app disclosure and request consent before accessing location in the background. Permission to access location does not authorize unrelated uses of that information.
5. Device permissions and local storage
Location permissions support the uses explained above. Camera and photo/file access allow you to take or select documents, profile images or other content for a feature you choose. Microphone access enables voice communication. Notifications support trip, message and service updates. Overlay and background-operation settings can support driver alerts and ongoing services where enabled.
Permission availability differs by device and operating system. You can change permissions in system settings; the corresponding feature may no longer work. The app and embedded web pages use local storage, session tokens and, where applicable, cookies to maintain sign-in, preferences and service state. Clearing app or browser storage may sign you out, but does not delete server-side account records.
6. Retention, deletion and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, its purpose, account activity, unfinished trips, unsettled transactions, complaint handling, fraud prevention, statutory recordkeeping and the resolution of legal claims.
When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention procedures. Where certain records must be retained after an account-deletion request, we limit their use to the applicable retention purpose. You may contact us for information about the retention of your data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized account access to the contact below; never share your password or verification codes.
7. Your choices, privacy requests and account deletion
You can request access to or correction of your information, ask about processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing limiapex2026@gmail.com. State that your request relates to Limi Driver and provide only the information reasonably needed to identify your account. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete identity documents in an initial email.
Identity verification may be needed before an account or personal information is disclosed or deleted. Some records may need to be retained for lawful transaction recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other applicable legal obligations. Where retention is necessary, the purpose and applicable period should be explained when handling the request. Signing out or uninstalling the app is not an account-deletion request.
We handle requests within the periods required by applicable law and explain any applicable limitations when responding. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
8. Service providers and processing locations
Our services and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you use the app. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we apply the safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us if you would like information about the handling or transfer of your personal information.
9. Eligibility and policy changes
Limi Driver is intended for people legally eligible to register and provide the applicable driver services. If you believe someone who is not eligible has provided personal information, contact us so that we can assess the situation. Any changes to this policy should be published with an updated effective date. Material changes to sensitive-data processing require appropriate notice and, where required, fresh consent rather than reliance only on continued app use.

Driver Service Agreement
This agreement governs your access to and use of Limi Driver, provided by LIMI APEX MOBILITY CO., LTD. Read it together with the trip, pricing, payment and onboarding terms presented for the service you use. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the service. Any separate driver or fleet agreement also applies to the relevant services, subject to mandatory law.
1. Registration and onboarding
Provide accurate, current account, identity, driver and vehicle information. You must hold the qualifications, permissions and vehicle documentation required for the services you provide and keep them current. Submitting an application does not by itself mean it has been approved. Do not impersonate another driver, lend your account to an unauthorized person or submit false documents. Protect your sign-in credentials and notify support of suspected misuse.
2. Driver services and safety
The app supports registration, driver availability, trip offers, pickup and destination information, navigation, trip status, communications and wallet functions. Availability depends on service coverage, account eligibility, connectivity and device permissions. Follow traffic and transport requirements, operate the vehicle safely and use the app only when safe to do so. Navigation and estimated arrival information are assistance tools, not a substitute for road signs, legal requirements or your judgment.
Handle accepted trips honestly and update arrival, pickup, destination and completion status accurately. Do not create fictitious trips, manipulate location, confirm cash collection that has not occurred, harass passengers or misuse another person’s information. Use passenger contact and location information only for the relevant trip or authorized support process.
3. Fares, earnings, payments and cashouts
Review the fare, fee, commission, incentive and payment information applicable to each service before accepting its terms. Record cash payments accurately. Cashout requests concern withdrawal of eligible driver earnings; submission is not confirmation that funds have settled. Eligibility, available balances, processing status and any charges must be stated in the applicable wallet or payout flow. Contact support promptly if a trip, balance, payment or cashout appears incorrect.
Fees, commission rates, payout timing and incentive eligibility are governed by the applicable service terms or separate agreement. You are responsible for tax and other obligations assigned to you by applicable law. This agreement does not by itself determine employment status or override a separate employment, fleet or driver-services contract.
4. Permissions and communications
Some driver functions need suitable location access and background operation as explained in the Privacy Policy. Allowing a permission is your choice, but refusing or withdrawing access can limit the corresponding service. Keep communications relevant and respectful. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights. Any license to process your submitted materials is limited to what is necessary to provide and administer the service, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
5. Service restrictions, complaints and closure
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address an eligibility, safety, security, fraud or legal issue. Where appropriate and legally permitted, the reason and a way to contact support should be provided. Unfinished trips, payment disputes and lawful record-retention obligations must be handled separately from account access restrictions. Account closure or deletion requests should follow Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability, responsibility and disputes
Connectivity, positioning and third-party services can fail or be inaccurate. Report problems through support and do not rely on the app as a substitute for local emergency services. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Raise complaints with limiapex2026@gmail.com, including relevant trip or transaction references without sharing unnecessary sensitive information. Any unresolved dispute remains subject to applicable law, the legally competent authority and any valid separate agreement. Nothing here removes mandatory protections or access to remedies available under applicable law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes as required. Where fresh acceptance is required, we will request it. If you do not accept updated terms, you may discontinue the affected service, without affecting rights or obligations already accrued.
